Terms
All Products:
- Every monitor screen is calibrated different, so the colors on your printed product may be slightly different then what you see on your computer screen. If possible, it is best to check your proof on multiple computers to ensure color correctness.
- When you receive your proof, please check for spelling errors and important information before approving. Do NOT approve your proof until you have checked the WHOLE card or layout. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the spelling and correctness of information on their product.
- If a typo appears on your product and you approved the proof WITHOUT the typo (S4H’s error), Scrap 4 Hire (herein after referred to as S4H) will reprint your order for no additional charge.
- If a typo appears on your purchase and you approved the proof WITH the typo (your error), S4H is not responsible. S4H will reprint your order for an additional charge of 50% of the original purchase price plus shipping.
- Due to the nature of S4H products, all sales are final. NO refunds will be offered.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a design fee will be charged. The design fee for photo cards is $20 per design. For Memory Album Pages, the design fee is $25 per layout. For both Traditional Memory Albums and Hardbound Memory Albums, the design fee is $75 per album. Within this time frame, S4H will refund the difference between your purchase amount and the design fee. If your purchase amount is less than the design fee, you will not receive a refund nor will you owe the remaining design fee.
- If you cancel after you have approved your proof, NO refund will be given.
- All products are copyright protected.
- All photos you provide S4H with must NOT be copyrighted material. If you do provide copyrighted material to S4H, you must also provide a release of the copyright from the original copyright holder. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure copyright agreements connected with your photos are being honored. S4H will not be held liable of any copyright violation of images provided by clients.
- S4H has the right to use any and all layouts created by S4H for promotional and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, S4H’s web site, brochures, flyers, ads, magazines, and blogs.
Pages and Albums:
- You must keep a backup copy of all digital images you give S4H. You must keep a copy of any hardcopy photos or memorabilia you send S4H. If any material provided to me is damaged by fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, tornado or other natural or unavoidable disaster (car accident, theft, etc.), S4H will not be held responsible.
- Upon receipt of proof, you will be allowed one set of revisions for each page/layout. After the initial set of revisions, any changes made will be completed for an additional fee for design time (per additonal proof).
